StreamTwin Privacy Policy

StreamTwin ("we", "the app") is an AI streaming assistant. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (for sign-in) and a password (stored hashed by our auth provider — we never see it).
• Profile you enter: your name, your public Kick channel handle, your city, and the content direction you describe in onboarding.
• Stream data: publicly available metrics from your Kick channel (viewer counts, chat rate, category) used to coach and build your history.
• Content you create: calendar events, goals, plans, and brand-deal notes you save.
• Usage: basic feature usage to enforce fair-use limits and improve the app.

How we use it

To provide the app's features: live coaching, event/trip planning, clip captions, brand-deal suggestions, and your calendar. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties who process data for us

• Anthropic (Claude) — processes the prompts/context needed to generate director advice, plans, and captions.
• Supabase — stores your account and content securely.
• Kick — we read your channel's public data.
• Booking/affiliate links open third-party sites (airlines, Airbnb, OpenTable, etc.) governed by their own policies.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete account). You can also sign out at any time.
